We strive to display our products—from Graphic Tees and Dresses to Blue Light Glasses and Beauty items—as accurately as possible. 3.2 Availability & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct pricing errors that may appear on the Site. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email. We may decline an order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in product or pricing information.

We ship globally from Los Angeles, but cannot deliver to some remote regions and parts of Asia. The available shipping destinations will be confirmed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processes. You will receive tracking information upon shipment.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our full policy is on our Shipping & Returns page. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following key conditions:

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging, and include the packing slip.
• Process: You must initiate a return by emailing [email protected] to receive an RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
